Marvin Sapp is an excellent gospel singer from Grand Rapids, MI. He started out as a member of Commissioned when he replaced Keith Staten and started making solo records when the group split in 1996. He was on Word for a few years but bought his final recording from them and went to Verity. Be Exalted is his latest record. Sapp doesn't write much but the top writers & producers love to work with great talent. Changed is a great song written and produced by Ted Wynn from Ted & Sheri and Steve "Supe" White. White is a Brit who started out as a drummer for Paul Weller and has come to the US to work with gospel artists since 2003. That explains why the song is a shuffle. It's produced by a drummer. Marvin Sapp is another gospel artist who goes under the mainstream radar but is worth a listen.
