Beware of The Blue Wolves in LLPW

LLPW had their first 2008 show on Jan. 13 at Korakuen Hall in front of 1026 fans. The whole deal is that LLPW is in their own little world. They're on TV and they run monthly. Some of the gimmicks like the trannies and Blue Wolf are really strange. Not to mention all of the older wrestlers working there. Anyone who thought new president Mizuki Endo was going to change anything is going to be disappointed. It's not a product that I want to see but they're doing better now than a few years ago.

The opener had a rematch from last month between two grandmas. Jumbo Hori is a real grandma and Obacchi Iizuka does a grandma gimmick. Obviously it's a comedy match and Jumbo won with a body drop at 9:21. Next was the trannies, Jukko vs Sawaco. This was also played for comedy with two persons invading the ring during the match. Jukko beat them up and then one of the invaders accidently nailed Sawaco and Jukko won in 4:39. It looks like the two may have been women dressed as men. Oh boy, more cross dressers. Next was Eiger & Sayuri Okino vs Hanako Kobayashi & Francoise. The match was never in doubt and Okino used a leg lariat to pin Francoise at 9:50.

Shinobu Kandori teamed with Jaguar Yokota against Harley Saito & Toshie Uematsu. Uematsu is always fun to watch but in LLPW she's just another jobber. Jaguar wins over Uematsu with a fisherman buster at 11:44. At last month's show, Yumiko Hotta came out with a masked guy called Blue Wolf. This time she came out with two guys named Blue Wolf. The opponents are Noriyo Tateno, Takako Inoue & Mizuki Endo. Takako doesn't work full time for LLPW anymore so she did the job. Hotta used the Pyramid Driver to beat Takako at 20:11. It seems that Tateno may have hurt her leg during the match. They're not saying anything about this whole Blue Wolf thing so I'm not sure where they're going with it. I don't expect any more news about this until next month's show.
