Carlos Amano, Chikayo Nagashima & Sonoko Kato made the media rounds yesterday to promote the Jan. 13 OZ Academy show at Shinjuku FACE. I have included video footage of their visit to Nikkan Sports. The main event has Amano challenging Aja Kong for the OZ Academy Championship. And Nagashima & Kato will face the reformed D-Fix of Mayumi Ozaki & KAORU. The wild card in all this is Ozaki who has declared war on all OZ Academy wrestlers. So she's going to do something but we don't know exactly what that will be so it has potential to be a lot of fun. Normally Amano would not be expected to be able to beat Aja but Ozaki's recent behaviour makes this more interesting. Other matches on the show are the veteran team of Dynamite Kansai & Manami Toyota vs Ibuki youngsters Hiroyo Matsumoto & Misaki Ohata, AKINO vs GAMI and Devil Masami vs Ran YuYu.
