Here's a video interview of Tara LaRosa courtesy of Sherdog's Loretta Hunt. Tara is one of the best fighters around and she talks about her recent signing with American Fight League. Considering Tara's reputation for trash talk, she shows a lot of restraint in this interview. I think it is great that she got this deal but I am still skeptical of the AFL until we see what they do.
