Well, not really. Gina Carano was at Friday's Strikeforce show and Ariel Helwani of MMA Rated caught up to her for an interview. She's still under contract to EliteXC so there's nothing new to report. And Ariel asked her three times. But she did comment on those Tonya Evinger party pics that have been all over the internet. What's not to love about Gina? What a drag that the XC contract is still in effect with the company essentially folding. Surprised to hear that bit about Dana White reconsidering women in MMA. Of course, from a money standpoint, its a good move.
