| Betiko taps to VV Mei's cross arm breaker |
VALKYRIE Featherweight Champion VV Mei won over WINDY Tomomi at last month's PANCRASE show. But she admitted she made mistakes that almost cost her the match and she was unhappy with her own performance. So she decided to fight Betiko on today's PANCRASE show at Differ Ariake to get back on track. Obviously Betiko isn't anywhere near as good as WINDY. So VV Mei went from the main event to the curtain jerker. There wasn't much to the match. Betiko tried a jab and a low kick. Mei scored with a straight right and then went for the takedown. After some ground and pound, Mei switched to a cross arm breaker and it was over at 3:52 of round one. The fight went as expected and hopefully it gets VV Mei back in the groove again.
