SHOOT BOXING announced today another women's match for their Apr. 20 Korakuen Hall show. They announced the return of RENA. In a match contracted for 53kg, Dutch kickboxer Lorena Klijn will face Miyo Yoshida. Lorena was in the 2012 Girls S-Cup. She beat Erika Kamimura in the first round and then lost to VV Mei mostly because Mei suplexed her several times. Miyo Yoshida has an MMA record of 1-2 but hasn't fought MMA since 2010. She was in the 2011 Girls S-Cup and has done some kickboxing. She hasn't been that active. Last year, there was a 48kg and a 53kg Girls S-Cup. But before that, there was always one tournament. My guess is they are going back to one tournament in 2013 and they are looking for someone like Lorena Klijn to be a challenger to RENA. They want fans to be familiar with her.
