Big Bad Blog Video Theater-Stephanie Eggink vs Angela Magana

This is the video for a fight from Friday's XFC show. It is Stephanie Eggink vs Angela Magana for the XFC 115lb Championship and it was the main event of the show. I am posting this in response to several requests. I think many fans especially outside the US don't get AXS TV. I don't get it. It's not available in Canada. Stephanie trains with Shayna Bazsler. Shayna was in her corner complete with a cast on her leg. The last time these two were supposed to fight, Angela was injured in a car accident and it was cancelled. So all this time they've been going back and forth on Twitter and they can't wait to get their hands on each other. But nothing much happens in the first round. Colour commentator Pat Militech scores it 10-9 for Angela. I don't know if I would score it for either of them. Things pick up in round two as Angela scores a takedown. But Stephanie keeps her in her guard and eventually wrangles a triangle choke. That's it. It's over and Angela Magana is kicking herself all the way home. A big win for Stephanie Eggink.
