On Tuesday, the UFC announced that injury forced Shayna Baszler to drop out of her fight against Sarah Kaufman on the TUF Nations finale Apr. 16 in Quebec City. Potential opponent Leslie Smith tweeted that she wanted the fight. This afternoon, Marcelo Barone of Tatame reported that due to a rib injury, Alexis Dufresne was forced to drop out of her fight against Amanda Nunes on UFC on Fox 11 Apr. 19 in Orlando. Amanda has agreed to replace Shayna and face Sarah on Apr. 16. It's a move up for Amanda. The Apr. 19 fight was probably going to be on the Facebook prelims. Now she is going to be on the main card of the Apr. 16 show facing a former Strikeforce champion. It's a much more significant fight for her. It should be very interesting.
