Opponent found for Gabi Garcia on Apr. 17 RIZIN show

Combate in Brazil and Nightmare Of Battle in Japan are reporting that RIZIN has found an opponent for Super Heavyweight Brazilian Jiu Jitsu whiz Gabi Garcia for their Apr. 17 show at Nippon Gaishi Hall in Nagoya. Gabi won her pro MMA debut over pro wrestler Lei'D Tapa on the New Year's Eve RIZIN show. The match was a train wreck. The opponent is Russian Anna Malyukova. Anna is 26 years old from Penza, Russia. She is 175cm tall and her weight is 93kg. I understand 93kg is the contracted weight. So she's not as tall as Gabi but she's comparable. Anna trains at Gladiator Fight Team Belgorad. She is an amateur MMA World Cup champion and she finished second at the 2015 Pankration World Championship. She made her pro MMA debut on the Sept. 26 Fight Star show in her home town of Penza. She won over Tatiana Portova by unanimous decision. I have posted a training video that her team sent to RIZIN to get her this fight. I don't know if Anna is any good. But at least she's not a celebrity gimmick so that's an improvement. It's not like there are plenty of opponents out there for Gabi. At least this could be more interesting than Gabi's first fight.
